This is a lovely coat and just what I was looking for. It is ideal for chilly, windy, rainy days and I like the two way zip which helps as it is a longer length coat and makes sitting in it easier.

It has a good hood and this coat fastens right up with pull ties to keep the hood in place and stops the wind from pushing the hood off.

Only one slight disappointment was the fact that it arrived very creased and the packaging was crumpled up as though it had been crushed by heavier items.

I managed to sort most of the creases and I do understand that in transit slight creases are inevitable but this was a little more than that.

However I’m really pleased I purchased this.

I bought this coat for my daughter. For a long time she had been looking for a light-weight, waterproof, warm coat to wear for the school run. She's a 'busty' size 16/18 and I bought the size 18. It fits her perfectly with room for a thick jumper or sweatshirt underneath. She says it's comfortable and warm. It has a nice fleecy lining. She's 5ft 9" tall and the length on her is upper thigh, but long enough to cover her bottom and tops of her thighs. She's very pleased with this coat. I've bought several coats from Lighthouse for my granddaughter over the last 4 years and they've all been super!

I initially purchased this coat when I was traveling in Isle of Skye (9/2025). It is deceptively warm, protective against condensation, and a brilliant color. It also has an hood that actually stays in place unlike many other hooded coats. Unfortunately, as I continued my travels, I left it behind in Athens, GR and I was so obsessed with it I ordered a replacement when I returned home. I was so grateful that it was still available. While I had to bear the cost of replacement and intl shipping feed, I felt this coat was WELL worth the money due to its quality. It’s a perfect coat for this time of year in Chicago.

I am so delighted with this coat, it is warmly padded, and beautifully made and gives the same feeling when you wear it, as you get when you tuck into bed with a winter feather duvet!

This is my fourth raincoat from Lighthouse.

I am as delighted with it as I am with all the others.

I have one for each season so am always kept dry in the rain.
